I have a First Class Honours degree in Sport Science, a variety of coaching qualifications in various sports and am a 200hr certified yoga teacher. I have also played semi-professional Kent League football. I enjoy being active, like to keep fit, and nowadays like to go trekking and practise yoga/movement when time allows. I speak tidy Spanish, some French, and am a beginner in Russian.

I have climbed Mount Kinabalu and The Pinnacles in Borneo, and have trekked in various locations worldwide including the Gobi Desert and Altai Mountains in Mongolia, the Argentinian Sierra, the deserts of Oman and the Swiss Alps. I have plodded around two London Marathons and cycled across England twice. I am patient and caring, remain energetic even at 56, have a decent sense of humour and am a good communicator.
