Teaching and tutoring experience:

I have over a decade of teaching and tutoring experience, spanning private tuition and roles in higher education. Since 2014, I have worked as a private tutor, specializing in subjects such as business, finance, accounting, economics, marketing, and research methods, while supporting students from Key Stage 1 to PhD levels. My tutoring approach is highly personalized, providing tailored lessons, exam preparation (including SAT, ACT, and 11+), and guidance for university applications and academic writing. In addition to private tutoring, I served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at King’s College London from 2018 to 2023, where I taught seminars, guest lectured on specialist topics, and supported curriculum development. I later worked as a Lecturer in Management, Data Analytics, and Finance at the London College of Fashion (UAL) from 2023 to 2024, designing and leading undergraduate modules, supervising dissertations, and managing teaching assistants. My teaching style emphasizes adaptability, student engagement, and academic excellence, consistently earning positive feedback and fostering success in students across all levels.

Teaching style and philosophy:

My teaching style and philosophy are rooted in adaptability, personalization, and empowerment. I believe that every student has unique strengths and learning preferences, so I tailor my approach to meet their individual needs. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging environment where students feel confident to ask questions, explore new ideas, and overcome challenges.

I emphasize practical applications and real-world examples to make complex concepts relatable and memorable. By breaking down subjects into manageable steps, I help students build a strong foundation while encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving. Collaboration is central to my teaching—I actively involve students in the learning process, fostering their curiosity and autonomy.

Ultimately, my philosophy centers on nurturing not just academic success but also lifelong skills, such as adaptability, resilience, and a passion for learning. I aim to inspire my students to reach their full potential while equipping them with tools to thrive both academically and personally.
